About

I help thoughtful, sensitive people who feel weighed down by anxiety, stress, or the lingering effects of trauma create more easeful, meaningful lives. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I've had the honor of helping others move through overwhelming emotions, relational struggles, grief, burnout, and self-limiting patterns that no longer serve them. Clients often describe me as engaged and grounding, with genuine care for who they are and what they’re facing. My role is to create a safe and authentic space for reflection, invite deeper exploration when helpful, and guide you toward the growth edges you’re ready for. I know from experience that healing unfolds from authentic connection. I show up as real, present, and human with my clients, while also holding a space that is both therapeutic and client-centered—so your whole self is not only welcome here, but encouraged. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in the belief that people can heal. Research shows that healing happens when we not only talk about our feelings but also safely experience them in the body. This is why I integrate verbal and body-based therapies including AEDP, IFS, and mindfulness practices that calm and rewire the nervous system. In my experience, these modalities help my clients deepen their self-understanding, capacity to genuinely connect with others, and feel secure in the world around them. In our sessions, we may: - Slow down and notice what’s happening in your body, using Polyvagal (grounding) tools to bring more safety to overwhelming feelings. - Gently explore the “parts” of you that hold pain, self-criticism, or protection, and help them feel heard and understood. - Practice new ways of being with emotions, so you can experience relief, compassion, and transformation instead of avoidance or overwhelm. - Use mindfulness practices to help you stay present and connected, even when stress or old triggers arise. - Reflect on and celebrate the moments of growth and healing, so you leave sessions feeling a greater sense of clarity and empowerment I specialize in: - Anxiety, burnout, and high-functioning stress - Complex childhood or relational trauma - Deep feelers and creatives - Young adults navigating transition and identity - Women recovering from people-pleasing - Holistic exploration of resilience, intuition, spirituality, and meaning I also enjoy working with BIPOC and queer clients, and I'm dedicated to holding spaces that celebrate diverse identities and lived experiences. If what I’ve shared resonates, I invite you to schedule a brief consultation so we can explore your needs and see whether working together feels aligned. I work Monday through Friday, and the best way to reach me is by email or the contact form through this website.
